As part of our property management services, recharge water system and check for leaks. Turn power on as needed. Check furnace and AC operation. Verify the operation of appliances. Replace batteries for smoke alarms and test them. Inspect for roof leaks, broken windows, or doors. Look for visible signs of pest infestation.

Additionally, replace the water filter and the furnace filter. Report all findings to the owner.

As part of our property management services: Blow out or drain hot and cold water lines, and drain the hot water tank. Turn off power as needed and add RV anti-freeze to all drains. Close all windows and doors, and remove any food that could spoil or attract rodents. If requested, prop the refrigerator door open to ensure proper ventilation during winterizing and spring opening.
